Speaks
I'm committed to creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. I work with respect, trust, empathy, and compassion. Cultural and spiritual dimensions of care are always welcome here.
My practice is grounded in the belief that healing isn't a technique you do to someone. It's a conversation you build with them, slowly, over time. I bring twelve years of evidence-based training to that conversation, but the work itself is yours. My job is to be steady, present, and honest enough that you can do it.
You don't have to translate yourself for me. Show up as you are, in the language you think in, with the story you've actually lived.
I specialize in trauma, domestic violence, and relationship communication. Many of my clients come in carrying experiences they've never put into words. We move at your pace, and we don't push past what feels safe.
I also work extensively with multicultural and immigrant clients navigating identity, family expectations, and the disorientation of building a life across two worlds. Sessions are conducted directly in English, Twi, Ewe, Fanti, Kotokoli, or Fon — not through an interpreter.
Care is delivered by a licensed clinician, not a coach, not an algorithm, not a chat agent. Here's what that license actually means.
