About Trust Clinic

We built a clinic for the people the system kept overlooking.

Trust Clinic is a 501(c)3 nonprofit telehealth practice in Washington State. We deliver real, licensed mental health care to people the system has historically priced out, talked over, or turned away.

Our mission

Access, not profit.

Our mission is to make quality mental health support accessible to underserved populations by removing financial, cultural, and linguistic barriers to healing.

That sentence does a lot of work. In practice, it means we serve the person who can't afford $250-a-session out-of-pocket. The newcomer who wants to think in their first language. The teen whose parents don't believe in therapy. The couple who's tried before and felt unseen. The senior who isn't sure they're still allowed to start over.

Therapy shouldn't be a luxury you can only access once you can already afford to feel better.

We're nonprofit on purpose. As a 501(c)3 organization, our purpose is access, not profit. Every dollar of revenue, every sliding-scale adjustment, every grant goes back into seeing more people. We answer to our clients and our mission, not investors or shareholders.

And we're telehealth on purpose. A secure video link removes the commute, the waiting room, the cost of taking off work, and the small but real fear of being seen walking into a clinic. You can have a session from your car, your bedroom, or a quiet corner of your lunch break.

What we hold ourselves to

Six things that don't get compromised.

These aren't taglines. They're how we make decisions when a tradeoff comes up, and how you can hold us accountable when one slips.

01

Cultural humility

We don't claim to know your story. We make room for you to tell it. Cultural and spiritual dimensions of care are always welcome here — not tolerated.

02

Trauma-informed

We assume safety, autonomy, and pace are not optional. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed practice, which means you set the speed.

03

Plain pricing

Our rates are public. Sliding scale is real. We don't surprise-bill you or hide a platform fee. What you see is what you pay.

04

Real licensure

Care is delivered by Dr. Francis Gadigbe, a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Not a chat agent, not a coach, not a content recommendation.

05

Honest fit

If we're not the right therapist for you, we'll say so on the free 15-minute call and help point you somewhere that is. The match matters more than the booking.

06

Quiet confidentiality

HIPAA-compliant video, encrypted records, no data resold. We won't even contact your insurance without your explicit consent.

The team

Currently, a team of one.

Trust Clinic is led and run by Dr. Francis Gadigbe. Every session, every note, every conversation. That's intentional.
